Doing business this way is what sets OTSS apart from others - it is our point of difference. Kirk has qualifications in Business, Training & Assessment, Employment Services OH&S, and Sport & Recreation - along with extensive experience in Business, Administration, Marketing, Training, Sport, Hospitality, and Local Government.
